This baked brie is the perfect appetizer to serve up for the upcoming Super Bowl! It comes together in just minutes and requires only a handful of ingredients.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Add a piece of parchment paper to your skillet and set aside. Place your thawed puff pastry sheet on piece of parchment paper. Place brie wheel in the middle.
In a small bowl, combine diced apples, pecans, cinnamon, and packet of stevia sweetener. Spoon over the top of brie wheel. Gently fold over corners of puff pastry, covering brie and its toppings. Brush puff pastry with egg wash. Feel free to add any leftover apples and pecans to the outer top of puff pastry.
Place prepared brie into your skillet. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. Pastry should start turning a gold color. While brie cools down for a few minutes, slice and toast your baguette. Cut into your baked brie and spread over toasted baguette.
Notes
Don't worry if you don't have a cast iron skillet on hand. You can simply bake your brie on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
