2. Choose a freezer-safe container or freezer-safe bag that's an appropriate size for the amount you want to freeze. 3. Pour the arroz con leche into the container or bag. For the container, leave a little space at the top to allow for expansion.

4. Seal the container or bag tightly. If you're using a bag, try to remove as much air as possible before sealing. Doing this will help prevent freezer burn. 5. Label the container or bag with the date and contents for easy identification.

6. Place the airtight container or bag in the freezer. Place it on a flat surface and in an area where it won't be crushed or disturbed.

Container Method:  Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in the microwave or on a stovetop, stirring occasionally so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.

Reheating

Be sure to add in a splash of milk when reheating so the rice pudding can regain any moisture that may have been lost during the freezing process.
